A River Runs Through It

Western Montana is the most beautiful part of the country we have driven through so far, from the snow capped mountains to the rolling plains. But to really experience Montana you must get out on one of its many rivers. Met up with Anthony's med school friend, Justin, who is from Butte, MT. He took us "floating" on his raft and even Hobbs went! The gentle rapids carry you down the river so no paddling needed (except to steer). It was the perfect way to soak up the scenary. We learned how to cast a line and Anthony even caught a fish on his second try! Unfortunately, didn't bring my camera today because of the water, but Montana is something everyone should see for themselves one day.
